Tite asserts that despite the fact that the player’s physical health is their primary priority, the team’s medical department fully supports Neymar’s return.

After recovering from an ankle injury, Neymar is expected to participate for Brazil in their World Cup last-16 match against South Korea on Monday at Stadium 974, according to coach Tite.
Neymar sustained the injury in Brazil’s opening 2-0 victory against Serbia, and he is now ineligible for the team’s last two group-stage matches against Switzerland and Cameroon.
Full-back The medical staff also gave Danilo the all-clear to play against South Korea. Tite stated at a press conference on Sunday that Neymar will play if he appeared sharp throughout practise.
However, Tite’s rival Paulo Bento did not hold back when he stated that the South Koreans would be very glad if Neymar was not playing for Brazil on Monday.
If we stated we’d rather play with Neymar, we’d be acting hypocritically. Bento declared, “That is a lie. “We would rather he not be on the playing field.”
Neymar’s right foot has given him a lot of trouble, and he had surgery for a fractured metatarsal four years ago. Before Tite took control of the microphone at the news conference, Thiago Silva was asked if Neymar will play. He responded “yes,” and the news of his return to the starting lineup followed.
It will be highly appreciated in a team that is struggling with fitness after Alex Sandro injured his hip against the Swiss. On Saturday, it was determined that Alex Telles and forward Gabriel Jesus, who had a knee injury against Cameroon, would not be able to continue in the competition.
Tite said Danilo was also fit to return against South Korea on Monday while Sandro was out. “He (Sandro) still can’t play. He’s still recovering. Danilo and Neymar are back,” the Brazil coach said.
Tite stressed that Neymar’s return was with the full backing of the team’s medical staff even though the player’s physical health was the top priority.
“If he plays, it’s because he is in good health and ready to start. We feel he will be able to play from the beginning and the entire game with no limitations,” Tite said.
“My preference is always to play my best players from the start.”
With Lucas Paqueta positioned in front of Neymar, Vinicius Jr., Raphinha, and Richarlison, Tite stated that the forward line will remain the same even with Neymar’s return.
Who starts at left-back now that Sandro and Telles are out is the greatest unknown. The Sevilla defender was replaced by Marquinhos after he was hurt against Cameroon, but Tite also has right-back Danilo and midfielder Everton Ribeiro at his disposal.
“A player who has previously played in that position for his club will take over for Sandro. You can find out who he is by doing your study,
Bento expressed his dissatisfaction with the World Cup’s timetable in a resentful manner. South Korea defeated Portugal 2-1 on Friday to move to the round of 16, but will now only have two days rest before facing Brazil. Bento declared, “I don’t think it’s fair to play games after only 72 hours.
Son Heung-min, South Korea’s undisputed leader, will once again be counted on to take the initiative in the match on Monday.
